We are manufacturing PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene) insulated wire or Teflon wires as per JSS 51034 & MIL 16878 – D. These wires are specially designed for the internal wiring of high reliability electrical & electronic equipment.
These wires have following properties:-Type ET: -Type ET wire is intended for use in low voltage, high temperature applications. It is considered suitable for use up to a maximum of 250 volts RMS.
Type E: - Type E wire is intended for high temperature applications and is considered suitable for use up to a maximum of 600 volts RMS.
Type EE: - Type EE wire is intended for high temperature applications and is considered suitable for use up to a maximum of 1000 volts RMS.

We are manufacturing Hook up wire with Silver coated copper (SCC) conductor as well as Nickel coated copper (NCC) conductor.
Hook up wire with SCC can be used from -65°C to +260°C degree where as with NCC it can be used from -65°C to +200°C.
Colors: - Black, Brown, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Violet, Gray, White & Transparent.
These are manufactured as per International Standard JSS-54802, US MIL-I-22129 or customer’s special requirements. Available in bore sizes 0.05 mm to 10.0mm with wall thickness 0.25mm to 1.0mm. Inside surface is smooth and free irregularities. 12 solid colors are available including transparent.
PTFE Tape are available in assorted colors, lengths and widths in different thickness. PTFE Tape has resistance to tear and is water proof. It can be used in extreme weather conditions. It is well known for its durability and diverse colors which helps in easy electrical connections. This tape is also used to avoid the leakage in mechanical system, by tightly wrapped over thread pipes having oil/gas from absolute vacuum to several thousand units of pressure.
